Ryobi 3404DI Series

The 3404 Series offers three versions of the Ryobi 4-color offset presses with built-in direct imaging.

The Ryobi 3404DI is an A3-size, portrait format 4-color offset press featuring the digital imaging system from Presstek, Inc. It is capable of printing sheets up to 13" x 18". Its' ability to directly print received data creates high productivity and user-friendly operation with the high print quality of an offset press. The combination of these state-of-the-art features produces an extremely flexible and productive printing press that will generate tremendous business opportunities for any printing company.

The Ryobi 3404E-DI and 3404X-DI offer the same approach as the true 14" x 20" landscape 4-color, 5-color, and 6-color 520 Series printing presses, but with direct imaging built into the front end. The result is a printing press with fully automated make-readies, digital on-press plate imaging, and automated plate, blanket, and roller cleaning with only a push of a button. The make-readies, 10 minutes on the 3404X-DI and 15 minutes on the 3404E-DI, are both automated and sequenced to perform with little or no operator involvement. Both presses are also now available with UV capabilities, creating a wider variety printing surfaces including plastics, films, and packaging. The 3404E-DI and 3404X-DI are extremely versatile and easy to operate, and can open your printing abilities to previously untapped markets.
